In diesem Handbuch erhalten Sie Anweisungen zu Montage und Betrieb des Lautsprechermodells DSM2. DSM2-Lautsprecher zeichnen sich durch Designelemente der Spitzenklasse und Präzisions-Kontrollschaltungen aus und bieten herausragende Klanggenauigkeit, Klarheit und einen dynamischen Bereich in einem sehr breit gestreuten Einsatzgebiet. Merkmale Lautsprecher vom Typ DSM2 weisen folgende Merkmale auf: · Aktivsystem mit Bi-Amp-Auslegung · Wählbare analoge und digitale Eingänge · Formoptimiertes Gehäuse · Fortschrittlichstes Treiberdesign und hoch entwickelte Materialien · DSP für EQ, Kontrolle des Crossover und Volume-Trim Lieferumfang · Ein DSM2-Lautsprecher · Ein Netzkabel · Vier Entkopplungspads · Karte mit Registrierungsinformationen von M-Audio Allgemeines zu den Lautsprechern Endstufen DSM2-Lautsprecher von M-Audio zeichnen sich durch integrierte Endstufen aus. Bi-Amplification Die Hoch- und Tieftöner der DSM2-Lautsprecher werden durch zwei unabhängige interne Low-Distortion-Endstufen gespeist. Klasse-D-Design Die Verstärker im KlasseD-Design vereinen Effizienz und Kompaktheit einer digitalen Endstufe mit der Präzision, Kontrolle und Klangqualität linearer Verstärker. Kapitel 1: Einführung 1 Eingänge Die M-Audio DSM2-Lautsprecher bieten analoge und digitale Eingänge. Mit dem Eingangswahlschalter auf der Rückseite des Lautsprechers kann die Art des Eingangssignals bestimmt werden. Für jede Eingangsart sind zwei Eingangsanschlüsse verfügbar. Analoge Eingänge Das analoge Eingangssignal wird am Eingang digitalisiert und über den gesamten Signalweg bis zu den Endstufen digital bearbeitet. Die Analogeingänge sind als symmetrische XLRund 1/4-Zoll-TRS-Buchsen ausgeführt. Analogsignale an diesen Eingängen werden summiert, sodass beide Eingänge gleichzeitig benutzt werden können. Digitale Eingänge Die Digitaleingänge erkennen Samplerate und Samplingtiefe des Eingangssignals automatisch und unterstützen Signale bis 192 kHz/24 Bit. Die Digitaleingänge sind als AES/EBU- und S/PDIF-Eingänge ausgeführt. Es kann jeweils nur ein Digitaleingang benutzt werden.
